Rob — Director

With 10 years of experience in the construction industry, Rob brings a practical background, creative mindset and strong approach to problem-solving to his role as Director of Stone & Stem.

With his roots in landscaping, Rob has developed a broad range of skills and experience across the construction industry. He enjoys the variety of his role, the opportunity to be creative and, most importantly, bringing a client's ideas and ambitions to life.

For Rob, building strong relationships is just as important as delivering a great project. He takes pride in the number of happy clients Stone & Stem has worked with and the lasting relationships that have come from them.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys keeping active, travelling with his family, fishing, surfing, kitesurfing and campervanning. He's also a former gymnast — something you might not expect!

His ambition is to continue growing Stone & Stem into a strong, close-knit team and a respected construction company built around quality, creativity and great relationships.
